This proposal reimagines an existing industrial shed as a central library and resource centre for the African Leadership Academy. The design focuses on sustainable interventions — improving thermal performance, natural light and ventilation — while strengthening connections to both the public edge and campus gardens. Strategic openings and shading transform the former shed into a generous, climate-responsive learning environment.
