Schaerer Architects served as site agent for Cohen and Garson Architects during the construction of the new multi-story Administration Building at the University of Mpumalanga. The concrete-framed structure incorporates design elements such as intricate brickwork patterns, deep recesses, overhangs, expansive glass curtain walls, and inner courtyards. These elements are purposefully incorporated to enhance views and facilitate cross-ventilation, particularly within a sub-tropical environment.
