This project was a collaboration with Lemon Pebble Architects. The building seeks to reintegrate the Construction Economics Building into the Built Environment Precinct, establishing clear physical links to the John Moffat Building and the Architecture Studios. The design rationalises a previously complex and inefficient circulation system, creating simpler, more legible, and visually connected routes. A rational grid shapes the architectural language, expressed through exposed columns, precast fins, tall windows, and vertically patterned brickwork panels.
